Vokologija – Vocal Psychotherapy
Vokologija consists of two main areas: voice exploration and vocal psychotherapy.
Voice exploration is a process in which a person investigates their voice not only as sound, but as a reflection of emotions and inner experience. It is a way of discovering the possibilities of one’s voice in relationship with oneself and the surrounding world.
Vocal psychotherapy is a therapeutic model developed by Diane Austin, where the voice — including breath, sound, improvisation, singing, and dialogue — is used within the interaction between therapist and client to support inner growth, emotional awareness, and psychological connection.
The voice becomes a medium for accessing both conscious and unconscious feelings, and integrating them into one’s lived experience.
Vokologija – Knowing Yourself Through Your Voice
The debut Vokology album is dedicated to exploring the possibilities of your own voice.
Vokologija – Self-Help Through the Voice
Vokologija — self-help through voice — is a freely accessible tool for independent work with the voice and emotions. It was developed in collaboration with professional jazz musicians and a Jungian-oriented psychotherapist.
